  • I went to Devon Cliffs last year, it was brilliant!!

Well worth the money! There is a lovely private beach, and the swimming pool is great for kids

A tip though...if you are going to the evening entertainment, you have to be in there at about 5pm to get a table!!

    Have fun! x

    Anyone been to devon Cliffs?

Our friends has booked it for us.. and is now talking about it costsing 40 quid each including a spa or something.... friends is not good at english so is slightly annoying to be firm with.

I.e... we signed up for 30 quid for 2 of us (10 quid share of service charge + 9.50 each) not automatic entry into spa for £25.

Anyone know what spa is like?

We went to Devon Cliffs last summer, didn't use the spa though sorry

Hubby used the gym though and said the spa looked good!

if you don't want to use the pool either or any of the facilities you can take the entertainment passes off.

Hi all, first time poster with a question!

We applied for a sun holiday for 7 people, put down 5 parks but only 2 dates as it's pretty tricky trying to coordinate 7 people and time off from work. The two dates we requested were both Fri-Mon dates as none of us could make a mid-week date. We requested 23rd April as our first choice, and 16th April as our second choice.

Confirmation came through today, we got our first choice park (Devon Cliffs), but have been allocated 26th April, which is a Mon-Fri break!

We definitely didn't tick the 'any date' box, and my husband and I both checked the form before we sent it, as we have always found them a PITA to fill in (this isn't our first Sun Holiday). I think whoever processed the form saw the 2 from '23rd' and the 6 from '16th' and put them together! I rang Haven customer services, but the lady I spoke to said I'd need to ring the Sun holidays phoneline and gave me the number. Fair enough, but that helpline isn't open yet.

Has anyone else ever had any problems with the offer? Did they sort it out ok? We have never had any problems up until now, and I'm just wondering how they are going to sort this out.

    Thanks in advance! :)
  • My oh has just been told he can't have the week off :( is there anyway to change the dates ?

phone the park direct, they often change them if you ask nicely
