They do not normally process applications which do not have the specified number of parks and dates

not sure if this is always true as I never put the full amount of dates or camps down - because if we can't go where and when we would like too then would rather not go, to date we have always been lucky and ended up with our first choice park with second choice date so can't complain.

They will process it if you only put down 1 or 2 parks / dates etc

We have had a holiday when only putting down 1 park and 2 dates and know lots who have too

    I wouldn't worry

The reason I posted is because once we did not put the number of specified dates or parks (even though we ticked we would take any park in a specified area) down and this was not processed, we phoned to see what had happened and that was given as the reason, they also returned our cheque. I just wanted to make people aware that no holidays do happen.

If you can go on another date give Pontins a ring I have always found them very good at changing dates

I have changed dates on these holidays and it incurred a fee for amending it, I think it was £20 so you have to consider will it be worth it in the end.

  • i'm sure when i read the small print, it said that they prioritise processing applications who do have all 5 dates/parks down, so i guess they get on to processing ones with parks/dates missing when those have all been done....
  • my cheque was cashed on monday
