  • Just had a E Mail another 50,000 holidays released. Have just booked St Margaret's in Kent in March this was not available yesterday. If you could not find your choice yesterday try today.
  • I have saved all my coupons from the sun and am now ready to book. We were actually wanting 7 days holiday, does anyone know if we book the Midweek (Mon-Thu) can you pay extra to stay another 3 nights or is there any other way of getting round this?

    Thanks

I can't believe people would try to sell their codes here, especially 4 days after the priority booking went live. Glad to see they deleted their post though.

yes had to settle for mullion oct half term week, only one i could get in the south of england for oct half term week, and that is the only time we can go on one this year:rolleyes:, wish i waited now though as apparantly they have released another 50,000 hlidays, why cant they just release them all together, gonna try and get butlins for oct half term week next time the sun do these holidays as they normally do them again later in year, and if we cant get it at least we got mullion as back up:D

when you book your holiday, wait for confirmation to come through from the park operator of the park you are going to, then ring them up and say you would like to extend your stay, they may or may not be able to do anything but it is your only option, we did this last year with butlins oct half term, we booked the monday to friday, then extended it to cover the halloween friday to monday, and they just charged us the same price it would have cost to book through the sun, and because the mrs is pregnant we did not fancy sleeping on a sofa bed for 7 nights so also upgraded to better accomodation, all in all it cost us less than £300 for a holiday that would have cost over £700 if booked through butlins directly:T

I am slightly concerned though at what mullion is gonna turn out like, we have booked for oct half term and through the sun it is gonna cost £104, but if i had booked through the website directly it would have cost just £122 for the same thing, so just a saving of £18, makes me wonder what it is going to be like, because surely oct half term is classed as a peak time holiday so why would it cost so little to book direct with them at that time if it is any good, i know its no butlins, but even the cheapest holiday at butlins bognor is £417, so surely if mullion was any good they would be charging more

You've been told on this thread and the other two Sun Holiday threads that there is a list. It would definately be more friendly under the ways of MSE to follow protocol.
