  • Don't you prefer the Daily Mail ones? I looked at both last year and where with the Sun you seem to just have to send off and hope for the best at least with the Daily Meal you get to see what's available and pick for yourself??

The form you download from the website is not a priority booking form. These come in the post to selected previous bookers and have individual reference number on them for you to book with!

We use both but we found we had a better selection last year with daily mail!

If you don't get a priority code and have to send off the vouchers with the Sun, then yes you have to wait and see what you get, but with a priority code you can log on and book online there and then. The quicker you log on after the site opens the better choice you have.

    Definately worth having!

Like any holiday, it is only as good as you make it.

To be honest with 3 young kids it suits us for now. I won't be using it when the kids are older and we want to go on an 'adults' type break.

We use the site as a cheap base for getting out and about. They like playing in the pool, back to the van for lunch, pop out somewhere for the afternoon, back for tea and to the clubhouse for a kid's show. We don't book any of the extra on-site activities so can't comment about them.

Accomodation is usually in a caravan and the twin beds are tiny - really only child size. We have been away with Haven, both directly (when they took Tesco vouchers), and more recently with The Sun. You can't tell the difference.
