Thanks hun;)When I am dieting this strictly, I do not eat bread, pasta, potatoes or rice, also not pastry products including cakes and biscuits, I also don't eat fruit, whats left? well, I eat unlimited amounts of any meat, fish and all other veg and salad and a lots of egg based dishes, I eat as much dairy as I want but watch the cheese because of migraines, really I shouldn't have sugar but I hate sweetener so I have sugar in coffee and I have a bar or two of chocolate 2 or 3 times a week, just because life's too short, I have introduced no eating anything at all after 6pm, only drinks and I usually have brekkie about 10ish the next morning this has been really effective. I do not exercise, ever:D I have loads of my own ideas for meals and snacks if this seems really boring to you, let me know and I'll pm them to you if you want some ideas. Its a hard diet especially for the first few days/week, but the payoff is excellent and it becomes quite easy once your in the swing of it:)
