LFA boots(ugg) now from £59.99

I am a bit miffed with Daniels, I ordered some LFA boots on Saturday.

The money has gone out of my account, but as I hadn't heard anything else (bar the email from SAGE payment) I emailed them this morning to make sure everything was okay and got a reply telling me that my order was successful.

When I got in from work I noticed an email in my Junk from someone else telling me the item I ordered is out of stock.

I just wish companies used a decent stock system, as now I have to wait for the money to be refunded into my bank account.

I ordered on Saturday, so really quick delivery. I have toasty warm and very stylish feet now

I ordered some LFA boots from Daniels after the recommendations on this site. That was Friday and they're not here yet.

Is it too soon to make enquiries with Customer Service? I've not ordered from them before and don't know the usual delivery times.

I ordered my LFAs from Daniels on the 31st December, the UPS paperwork said they were dispatched on the 5th Jan, and they arrived yesterday, the 11th. I'm guessing that the combination of New Year and snow must have delayed the order!

I don't think it would hurt to check if yours have been sent out yet Beenie- when I emailed they replied really quickly. Hope you get yours soon.

I ordered last Tuesday and I haven't received mine yet. I emailed CS on Monday, and she replied that my order had been successful and has been despatched, but she didn't say when it was despatched. I'm getting very impatient lol

I ordered mine on Decenber 30th and they only came yesterday!!!! Even though I phoned 2/3 days after ordering to check they were on the way (I had no dispatch e-mail), I called on friday and was told they were definately en-route to me.

When they arrived they had a great big note stuck to them saying "Make sure these are sent on Monday!" So they had not been sent at all. I am just so glad that they had not gone out of stock (Which they now are in my size.)

I also got the £10 reduction refunded, as I pointed out that I had been waiting so long that the price had gone down £10.

Oh, and I ordered my LFA bargain basement boots on January the 2nd. I had an e-mail on the 4th to say they would be dispatched within 48 hours and I am still waiting for those. I have e-mailed (yesterday) but no reply so far.
