I'm also curious about sizing. I have Uggs in a size W7 on the label, (not sure what size this actually is in UK sizing- I normally get a UK 7 in normal shoes but as Ugg Australia come up wide I can get away with smaller sizes.) Does anyone know how the sizing compares with Ugg Australian sizes?
Are the sizes the same as Uggs? and the sizes on the websites, does anyone know how they compare...? Its all so confusing!!
I think W7 is a size 5 or thereabouts.
I'm a size 7 but as with all sheepskin, it stretches and goes baggy, I go at least one size down, and I was told a W8 is equivalent to a uk6.0 -
Thanks for your replies kateheck and Fifi mad mum, Am thinking of making an epic journey to a Daniels store to see if I can get me a pair (and try them on first!) I say epic as I will be travelling in the sno and by public transport! Just hope I don't get caught out in the sticks and unable to get back home!!!0

I went and tried on a size 6 LFA and they were just too tight, so I am going to order a size 7 from the bargain basement.
HTH FiFi
I've got 5 pairs of the kirkland sheepskins, and I got mine two sizes down from my regular size 7, in size 5's and I regret it because they are now very roomy! Wish I'd have gone for size 4's. They are huuuuge sizes!0 -
Has anyone who bought online from Daniels received a despatch email or their boots?
I accept delivery will be slower due to the snow, but a bit concerned I've heard nothing since the payment confirmation from Sagepay0 -
My Gemini black tall boots have arrived from LFA bargain basement very swiftly and are definately genuine and very nice. I can highly recommend this company. I bought my usual size and they seem to fit just fine. Very pleased with them!Bargain Queen!:j0

I haven't heard anything since the Sagepay email either Happy Girl. In fact, funnily enough I emailed Daniels this morning to check on the order.
I notice that the money was taken from my credit card on the 31st December, not sure if that's a good thing  but I'll keep you posted if I hear back from them.
Oh I meant to say for those wondering about the sizing - I have only tried on LFAs before (so no actual experience of how they wear), but I found them to be more true to size than UGGS. I'm normally a UK 5, and take a US 6 in UGGS, but with the LFAs, it felt like the UK 5 would be the right size for me. HTH.0 -
Happy Girl, just popping back to let you know that I've had a reply from Daniels - apparently my boots have been dispatched, so fingers crossed it's the same for you.
Lisa, I had a look at your Gemini boots from the bargain basement and they look fab, you must be thrilled with them. Shame there are no more 5s
Well, it's good for my bank account really

I used moneysavingexpert10 for a £10 discount on my £75 party Nomads. My sister tried to used the same code on a £61 spend but it said only to be used over £60. (It was over £60 before the P&P was added on too)
It still works on the £75 ones though cos I checked, so it looks like it depends which ones you choose. Hope it works for you.
I can't wait for mine to turn up from here and also my cozi boots from daniels. (dispached and were due to arrive in normal conditions by yesterday )Finleypop x :hello:0 -

Hiya,
Is the code mentioned for the bargain basement site? And if so I can't find anywhere to enter a promo code. Can you help?
EDIT: Sorted it. I've just ordered the tall Nomad's from the bargain basement, got £10 off with that code, so with £6.50 postage £68 ish! OMG! I have shoppers guilt now! I ordered some Just Sheepskin one's yesterday too! Argh, OH is going to kill me! I hope the colour is ok on them as it says no returns, but surely distance selling regs means they can't say that?! Hmmmm too late to ponder that now I guess. :T0
