How long has it been? postal services can take ages sometimes but yes, things do also get stolen (happened to me with ebay stuff I'd won, luckily there is paypal to help with that)

Do you still have the reciept you got when you took the boots to the post office to be sent back? know its not the same amount but you should be able to claim back about £35 from Royal Mail for their loss of the item.

Also, if they were over £100 it is worth calling up your credit card, I'm not sure if they can do anything as the boots had been lost, but if they were faulty to begin with or you were sent a wrong size or something maybe things are different? its got to be worth looking into anyway, I hope it works out for you.

At the time of viewing this thread and thanking the OP it had 20,685 views and only 16 people had said thanks for the post. What's wrong with people - comon guys n gals, if you find the post useful, thank the OP out of politeness :T:T:T:T:T
Freebies you don't really need can be given to your local Hospice Charity shop so they can raise funds they desperately need. Pass on your good fortune :A

Don't forget Royal Mail, if they have lost your item they need to refund you and they should be paying back some of what you paid. But you do need the reciept they ave you to do that.

Cozi's are showing at 79.99 for the cream and 69.99 for the pink, and they were £99.99 originally.

Thanks, I would like the cream ones but would like them to be an extra £10 off as well, the same price as the pink ones, hopefully they will reduce them further, knowing my luck they wont cause a poplar colour. Do I bite the bullet and get them.;);)
