They were the 2008 stock, they never had any tall westerns in the slight seconds bit in the colour I wanted. Cant really afford to pay another £12 in postage though to get another pair as these cost £156 I think, my husband will kill me!

What size are you normally and what size did you get? Might be worth listing them on ebay if they don't fit.

    |I am normally a 5 an these are a 5 but way to small, they are really nice looking boots although the heel part not as sturdy as it is on Uggs.
Will have a look on Ebay how much they are selling for.

Got my replacement LFAs today- got nomad shorties a size up but they just aren't right. The left boot fits well and is lovely and fluffy inside but the right boot feels huge and no where near as plush. It's like wearing two different boots :(

I had that exact same issue with the freebie tall nomads I had, I am beginning to think there is more in it then just the dye-run issue....

Hope you get somewhere with it all.

Oh no what are you going to do, I have sent my Westerns back that were to small, was going to exchange for a bigger size but had such trouble with my emails getting through I just gave up, think I am going to just stick to Uggs! Hope you get it sorted

My finger went through the sheepskin on my bargain LFAs yesterday. I agree that there's more to it than a dye problem and I'm not happy at all - even at £60 I'd want my boots to last me a couple of years, not months!!

I'm e-mailing them tomorrow and i'll see what they say. To be fair to them the customer services seems to be pretty good so I'm hoping it gets sorted. They did originally say that if they were too big they would refund me so I hope that still stands.

The problems with the boots aren't necessarily due to them being bargain basement ones. My girlfriend recently bought some LFA Cupids at full price (£150 ish) from a local shop (who have turned out to be absolutely awful in terms of customer service).
After the first time she wore the boots, the stitching started to come undone at the side where they open. We naturally took them straight back, the shop refused to give us a refund, all the would do is send them back to LFA and make us wait to get some more. Eventually more arrived, but despite being the same size one of them was far too small and extremely uncomfortable.

The shop would still not give us a refund, even though we had paid £150 and had only a pair of boots in the wrong size to show for it. They sent them back to LFA and now a refund is allegedly in progress, but I'll not believe it until I see my money back.

Whilst we were in the shop last time, a woman came in with a pair of almost new LFAs, one of which had ripped completely up the side when she put it on! (presumably she won't get a refund either!)

I know I certainly won't be buying LFA again, absolutely shocking quality. They're just another company jumping on the Ugg bandwagon, selling primark quality boots at UGG Australia prices.

Oh dear- which shop were they bought from? It's a shame. I've got Cozis from LFA and I love them. The quality is great, the fit awesome and they are extremely comfortable. It's the reason I went for LFAs again.

Its a mixed bag it really is, I have two pairs of LFAs, one are just not all there with the quality, the skins are good quality....but don't match in terms of flexibility and the heels are not sturdy at all. Then I got another pair (the first were a freebie sent to me in error) and the second pair are excellent, cannot see anything I'd change on them at all, not even noticed the dye run problem (but then I did spray them over) I think the best thing to do with LFAs is to either get them from a company with free returns and good customer service like Shudoo (not sure if the Bargain Basement has free returns?) or go to a shop and see them before you buy them. Either way it seems questionable weather or not they are all the same quality!
