I e-mailed LFA boots on Sunday night and haven't had a response as yet which I find odd because when I've e-mailed then in the evening or at the weekend, they reply early the next morning and if it's during the day the response is usually in minutes... I'm thinking I'm just going to send the boots back and make it clear they are from me. Surely they would have to give me a refund then?

I've e-mailed them twice now. Funny how their ability to reply so quickly has disappeared completely...Third time lucky perhaps?

I've still not heard from them. When you eventually got a response did they give you specific instructions on returning the boots and what you should put with them? eg order no etc. I think i'm going to send them back recorded delivery with as much info as possible so they can't claim to not know who i am or who to make the refund to.

Hi, they gave me an address to send them back to its the same one that is printed on the sticker on the parcel I can post it if you need it? They also gave me a ref number to put in the parcel. I emailed them early yest morning about refund for my boots an still not got a reply, starting to get bit fed up now. You can contact them through google checkout, might try that for a response! Good luck with returning boots!

STAY AWAY FROM cozy-shoes.com - FAKE SITE. i fell into the trap of thinking great uggs great price before doing the research. was sent an e-mail from them saying total price was £232 inc postage and they couldnt process the payment coz of the total. told me i had to put it through in two separate transactions. this rang alarm bells right away so told them not to take any more and to cancel my order immediately. said they would do and not to worry. i contacted my credit card to cancel any payments from them. they used a different name when requesting the money which they went ahead and requested - more than they should have. they took £260. sent me another e-mail telling me i would get the money refunded back but would take 2-3 weeks! got credit card statement in and they only refunded £205. so they have taken £55 from my credit card and they didnt even have to parcel up an order. finally got my refund from the LFA cleareance site. apparently my mails were going to their junk folder. you would think they would check there junk folder more often seeing as it seems to happen a lot. oh well at least it's all resolved now.

how did you send yours back? i sent mine recorded delivery- more expensive but then they can't use the "sorry but we haven't received your return" line. postage was £4.00 for one pair of boots.
