well maybe next DHL should phone you for a weater report and if its clear they should just go out!!!
Like i said the weather can be very localised and if the drivers cant get out, or have decided to take a day off cus of snow even though its not that bad how do you expect the parcel to be delivered?? or maybe DHL just stand on the street touting for drivers!!!
The weather is extreme and isolated and it isnt a frequent problem
Everyones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.
  • Im sensing you have a beef with DHL?

You seem to have spent a fair amount of effort mumping and moaning about them on here.

Have you lodged a formal complaint with them? Have you started court action to get back all these extra costs you say you will incur?
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.
