    If you are a company representative, you need to get permission from MSE to post on here.

    Not saying its the case here but had companies before give false promises on here


    MSE TEAM PERMISSION: CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENTS

    Company representatives are actively encouraged to post on the forum to provide good customer service to MoneySavers. They should not be using the opportunity to tout for business. We need to know in order to legitimise it. Where permission has been given for a company/person to specifically post there will be a note from the MSE Team. If someone has posted claiming to have been given permission but this has not been followed by a MSE team note please report it to [EMAIL="abuse@moneysavingexpert.com"]abuse@moneysavingexpert.com[/EMAIL].
  • Of course, If the outcome with Morgans proves satisfactory, then I have assured them I will post on here that that was the case. But I am keeping an open mind until then.

    what like i said he may be only acting as a good employee not reprenstenting morgan computers, he hasn't given any info out that is not accesible directly from there site, so even if the OP follows that persons advice theywill only be doing what you are told from the morgans site itself

    Hi everyone,
    Just an update as promised - Morgans sent me a returns no, I returned PVR on 4th Jan, and the original cost has now been refunded to my account, so thank you fletcherbravo from Morgans.

    But thanks to everyone who responded and commented to this thread, without all your interest I am sure I would not have got a response and the matter would still be outstanding. It is a shame this matter had to be initiated outside the company, and that the experience did cost me the full return postage of £8.75, but hey- the main/original cost has been refunded, for which I am very grateful.
