Hi all my DS has a special edition Guitar hero ds lite, excellent condition. Still has box and the guitar hero game, charger etc, and edge card. Any savvy people out there would know how much he should ask for it. He is going to put it in our local paper. I thought i better say that before everyone thinks he is trying to sell it on here. We just do not know how much he should ask especially as it is a special edition one. I joked he should hold onto it, will probably be worth alot more in about ten years.lol. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I would send them another email, address it to the person that SHYMANUK on this thread, manage to get his from i believe it was Mellisa, MD Department. Put Customer Relations ONLY Mellisa, MD DEPARTMENT. See if you get anymore joy. Have everything ready in your email, when it was paid, when it was dispatched. Your HDNL number etc, etc. best of luck to you.

I can finally lay this to rest! After being f**ked about for so long by CS and Management, my DSi is being delivered Thursday at the mis-price. Thanks all

Yeh the weather has been bad. I had an un related delivery from UPS cancelled and rescheduled yesterday due to poor weather conditions.

Not all orders, yet! I'm waiting for a call back from Argos to discuss it. I'm not happy - just noticed that the phone call which I made to place the order cost £1.50 and the first call I made to Customer Services cost another £1.50!

Update:
Had a phone call back from Mellissa, I need to find proof that the order was dispatched or they won't honour it. She said the T&C's apply even though it was a telephone order and the law supercedes the particular term regarding point of contract completion. I realise Mellissa is just saying exactly what she's been told to say. She also said that nobody has had their order honoured that did not get a "dispatched" status on the website. We know this is not true because many people here and at HUKD have had theirs honoured with no dispatch status proof.

I will continue with this, because I feel it has become slightly personal now that everyone has had their order honoured except me, or so it seems.
