Wow!! You've all been very busy.......impressive.
I've gone back to knitting for now!! I finished my granny square dolls blanket (will post a pic later), managed a flower but was struggling to do a cup cake so got fed up and cross with it.
Can ask amigurumi (sp?) makers, how do you or what do you use for eyes on the small ones?? I've made some easter chicks and am struggling with french knots..........0 -

I use black dolls eyes with safety backing that I buy on ebay, 6mm is the smallest I ever found. I only once needed smaller eyes and then I used black beads. The eyes and beads are not recommended for children under 3 though0 -
Artydoll - your dog is so cute. Thanks for that picture - i think i did see that on ebay. Hhhhmmmm, might have to get that!!
Claireac - i use dolls eyes or i just sew with black wool. I dont even know what french knots are!!!!!0 -
I'm still here :wave:and still following everyones great makes :T
I'm still struggling along with my blasted blanket. I made half of the hexagons and finished the middles for the other half. I then decided to join the blanket together at the same time as finishing the outsides of the other half but have found that an evil side effect of being cack handed means that it takes me several attempts and plenty of swear words to get my brain to understand how to fit the hexagons on the correct side  I swear it must be easy but I don't know how many times I have to get it wrong before I finally comprehend the right way :rotfl:
Never mind, I can look at everyone elses creations and know that I'm going to have a nice (if a little frustrating) blanket to decorate my settee with sometime soon. Then I can start something smaller, an elephant, a teddy, a pot scrubber...OMG jjust anything that aint a hexagon"Who’s that tripping over my bridge?" roared the Troll.
