Travelodge From £9 a Room Summer Sale Has Started

its not allowing block booking for sheffield - although only one night is a £9 room out of the 3
sale rooms can only be added to your basket, one night at a time - so you have to add each night individually
the way travelodge prices work, is if you can make a block booking of more than one night, it will charge you the highest price of all the nights, for every night you stay. so if over a 3 night stay, they have found rooms priced at £9, £12 and £19, you will end up paying £19 for each night if you add them to your basket as a block - so its best to add each night to the basket individually anyway

Hmm the rooms I booked are showing as Fri £25 Sat £85 Sun £9 but when I blocked booked Fri-Mon it came in at £29 per night for each night, so £87 total... strange.0

The biggest downside of not allowing block booking is it means the offer is useless for those of us who want to take pets.

Don`t forget TopCashBack site 3.25% discount0

2 Rooms - central Chester - 1 for 9 and the 2nd for 12 quid.
We love to go down there once or twice a year.
I had to do 2 bookings though...0 -

if you staying put and not moving around lodges, then you only need to pay for the pet, on your first nights booking - all subsequent nights will be covered
the wording of the T&C is £20 per pet per stay, not per booking

the best way to work it is go in via the £9 saver ad, select the one you want, then slowly run through to find the date you want and you should then find what dates are available and what price. Then you should be able to see what blocks are at £9 at your hotel or a local one. I'd then go in and make a booking over that block. The website went down a few times but managed to get a few runs over the period. In September they did release some extra cheap dates for Jan a week after the sale started so its worth hanging on if you cant get a £9 deal right now.0
