Ah, my body's getting tired, or maybe it's just my mind? Morning's are the hardest and by the time I go home, I do want to do some exercise. Maybe I should have a rest day though but it's hard cos I want to do so many things and there are not enough days in the week.
I'm tempted to have a day off today and just do my cycling to work and back plus to cinema which would only be about half an hour all together. But, weigh in is on Sunday morning and if I haven't lost any weight I won't be very happy... Rest of week's plan is run tomorrow, hike on Saturday and beach vb on Sunday. Atm the weather doesn't look too good for Sunday though so that might end up being a rest day.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -
Hi Tirl about 8.30ish should be fine Friday!
Hope you get the weigh in result you are hoping for.... I think for me food was the root cause and lack of energy due to anaemia so I didn't lose weight at the gym really - for me the diet comes first... and then exercising for results will need to come later (when I can finally use my arm again)Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Hi all.
Thanks savingH, will call you tonight.
I have addressed my eating as well, slightly smaller portions and cutting out chocolate etc, but generally we eat quite well, maybe more veggies needed but like my fruit etc. We don't do takeaways as we can't afford them so it's home cooked meals everyday.
Legs feel pretty fresh atm, looking forward to going for a run later.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -
Thanks SavingH,you were very helpful indeed! Now I just need to have some time to come up with the goods. Will have some time after work today as have decided not to go for a run. Went for 9mile (easy) coastal walk on Saturday and beach vb on Sunday (always hard and best thing for the core muscles I think) so feeling I should give my legs a rest day. Vb training obviously tonight but that doesn't really count...DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0

I've done no exercise for the last two days (well, I did go vb training on Monday night). Felt really tired on Monday, prob because of busy week and weekend. Thought about doing some hoovering but got home and just chilled out which was exactly what I needed;felt much better after. Tuesday was busy running errands so no chance.
Today it's a lovely day outside and planning to go for a run after work. However, I pulled a muscle in training on the side of my back and it's getting worse not better. Will have a go, but have to see what I can do...DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -
Well, there will be no exercise for me today. After cycling back home my side has gotten a lot worse and it's actually uncomfortable to sit or walk so I don't think I'll try running tonight. Might go and lie for half an hour, see if that helps but really want to get on with my job hunting....DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0

Ouch - sounds sore
How is the job hunting going?
I booked a holiday to Portugal for myself, OH and Max (plus 2 close friends). It worked out at £211 per adult so not bad at all, and the apartment is gorgeous!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

it is very sore now, can't find a comfortable position, sitting hurts and especially lieing down. Walking is uncomfortable but the best options atm. Whole of my left side feels like it's in a spasm.
there's been bit of a break in job hunting but on it again now.
Holiday sounds lovely. I have 11 days off between Easter and early May bank holiday and only need to take 2 of them as annual leave/flexi. Result! Planning to do something nice and outdoorsy. Looking forward to it.
Feel bit like I'm letting bf down by not having sorted out a job as he's getting really fed up with the travelling and it would be lovely to move before summer/early summer. Need to get myself in gear!!!DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -

The days off will be lovely!
How long does your BF have to commute every day? Are there just no jobs in your sector in Bristol, or is it competitive?Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947
