Well, another weekend not doing much. I know it's really frustrating for bf he can't do stuff, but it's getting bit frustrating to me too. I feel I can't go and do too much so he doesn't feel even worse, but I'm not very good staying in all day, I get agitated and snappy.
I did go to a park run on Saturday and the following is a story about that:
I went there with a purpose of getting a pb, after being pleased with my first 10k run and very motivated. I though I ran well, started bit faster than usually, but not by much, then continiously speeding up at km markers. Overtook quite a few people. Really went for it at the end as well. Didn't have a watch on me though as I've misplaced it in the move so had to wait for the official results...And I did get a pb...by 00:03 seconds!!! It felt really hard work and that's all I took off.
Did my listing on Sunday, just the 5 though I would've had other bits and bobs. I didn't put my old jacket on, don't think it'll go for too much there so will put it on gumtree and works intranet. There was a Latok jacket on ebay (the one I've just bought for £100) and it went for £52! Couldn't believe it. Ebay really isn't the best place to sell everything.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -
Paypal money in a/c and some amazon money. £156.68 paid off hsbc cc, about £175 still outstanding.
Might have to use my DFRP money end of this month to keep me out of o/d. 4/5 of my items on ebay have watchers, hopefully they'll go this time, every little helps after all...

Your signature is looking fantastic. I can't believe how much it is gone down by. When you do you think you will get to under 5k? Bet you can't wait for that!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947
DFD:Nov 22/June 22
Mortgage: €199,712

Hi CMD.
Thanks! Depending on life, what I decide to do with the money when I've paid off my s.loan, I should get down below 5k sometime early next year, maybe feb/march time.
It will be an achievement, but it will also still be a long slog to pay that last 5k.
I've put my hsbc cc in the sig now as well, but haven't counted it in total debt cos it shouldn't be there in the first place and will hopefully be paid off soon!DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -
Feeling bit tired and deflated. Still don't feel right after Saturday's park run's pb performance. Quads are tired and no power even on the short cycle to work.
Supposed to go mountain biking this weekend with bf, his family and couple of mates. Dreading it now as if I have no power in my legs I'll be way way behind. That's weather permitting the activities planned...

Well, had a really nice weekend. BF dad and brother came around and we went mountain biking. On Saturday we did a 46km route, bit too technical for me at points, but I did managed to do it all and really enjoyed the downhill bits, they were awesome!!! Uphill nearly killed me though and was absolutely knackered after. In fact was so tired decided not to go on Sunday when bf and his dad did another trail. It would've been only 2 hours'ish, but I was sensible... Need to get fitter!
Only two ebay items sold and only for starting bid. I still have stuff to sell but will leave it for awhile now and maybe try other avenues. Ebay's not always the best. So will get less than a tenner after fees etc. But it does come in quite handy right now as run out of money again! And really, really don't want to go on o/d. Therefore have had to borrow from my DFRP which I will replenish as soon as I can and definitely before debt freeness. 11 days before pay day!!!DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -
Need to check until what time my local post office is open till as I need to send the ebay parcels today. All that hassle for under a tenner...:(.
Squads were still pretty tired last night when I cycled to training, and that's only 15 minute cycle. Training went ok though.
This is our 3rd week we're meal planning with bf. I don't know how well other people think we're doing, but I've been happy to keep to my £25 a week per person food budget. We do week by week atm when previously (before living together) we'd go shopping almost every day.
And work is just pain in the a**E. I HATE my line manager, she's a biaatch! (Sorry, just had to get that out).DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -
I have started The Shred! Well, I did the first one last Thursday (before my 'epic' mountain biking trip, knew I shouldn't've...). Did level 1 to start with to see what it was like and that was fine. So yesterday decided to try level 2 and boy was it hard;sweated bucket and found it quite hard towards the end so I think I need to keep at that level for awhile. 20 minutes seems very short, unless you're doing Shred!
Not sure if I'll have time to do it tonight as we're going to the cinema and I really need to get on a run as well so maybe Friday???DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -
I shall make public my plan to do 200 abs (combinations of) every day for 100 days (that'll take me to January 15th). I started the day before but don't think I did 200 so only yesterday's count. Doing today's when I get back home. Absolutely no excuses allowed!DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0
