Anyone else come across this poxy idea that apparently came as legislation in 2004 where a full birth certificate or a current passport is required to get work in this poxy country?
I have the shortened version and still they wont take me !

BUT AFTER TRAWLING ROUND POXY USELESS AGENCIES ( AND YES THEY ARE USELESS ) I NEED A COPY AND NEED TO GET A FULL BIRTH CERTIFICATE ..... oh deep joy another £7 quid to add to Lancashire County Councils coffers ...This bloody country of ours makes my blood boils ...welcome to RIP OFF Britain .....
And please dont any clever clogs come back spouting all this offical garbage i cant be doin with it ..finding works bad enough ....

Any job that you apply for , i think a lot of companies dont run with it , but 99% of agencies do ...i believe they can be fined heavily after an audit of paperwork if they have proceessed it through properly .0

Myself and my partner have hit so many brick walls here in Leeds through this ...so off putting ...0

most companies will ask for your passport in the first week that you start. i work for an agency and when i have new starters companies more often than not ask me to remind new starters to take their passport in on their first day.0
