Try calling again and asking to speak to someone senior. Are they coming out of your bank? cancel them from your bank directly.

Yeh iv just emailed, will be phoning to complain and cancel and phone the bank aswel! I know £6.99 is not that much but its £83.88 a year, after a quick sum in my head! Its an actual con and im not having it no more! Roll on payday next Friday! Need to build up the bank, fight the card and i think the loan will be put to the back of my mind for at least 6 months!

Sounds like you need to start kicking off with them mate. Call them up, ask to speak to someone senior...if they do the classic "they arent available" ask to speak to their boss's boss or say you'll wait.

If I were you i'd be asking for a refund on the over charge too!

Its a joke all i get is noone available, they are not taking me seriously! Maybe i could call out Martin and see if he can get involved and get me a refund! Its a joke. They let me sign up and take my money without phoning up 50 times and emailing 100 times yet when it comes to canceling this is what iv got to do? Total joke and dont see how this is legal.

Is it a direct debit? If so your bank should be able to stop it?
