  • Aargh - sorry Bob, and belated Birthday wishes to you!

Fingers crossed for the op working.

    Thanks EH :D

    On the snoring front:eek::(

This is where my master plan re the car has fallen down.

The evening before last- Mr.B was in fine honking mode- so no sleep or very little for me. He then crashes into the living room at 6.45am saying i am late for the train you will have to take me now!! As you can imagine i wasn't best pleased and to be honest i was so tired, i didn't feel safe driving.

I did drop him off- and he barely spoke- yes it was my fault that he snores!! Or so my brain was thinking at the time- oh and how very dare i leave the bedroom and try and get some sleep...err you get the way my brain thinks as i have these conversations in my head..when he is not speaking.

Luckily a pupil was poorly so i didn't have to drive out first thing:o I rearranged another pupil for the morning and was stuck in a traffic jam as unexpected road works sprung up. He is an akward cuss, so we did a few things and then i left..relief:o

Went home and spent the afternoon on paperwork, to be uploaded for work. Finished that, sorted out what needed sorting etc.

Comes evening time, I get the imperial summons to pick his majesty up..He then comes out with the classic- he is working a 13 hour day :mad: Err..hello, so am i- in fact he does nothing in the house, comes in has tea and promptly falls asleep.

Then an almighty argument... During which he said, it was all because i didn't want him to have my car...errr damn right:cool: He said i was being tight with money...i am paying stuff off- which he ran up and i have paid several times over for, never ask him for a penny, never ask him for anything really. So yes, i am being tight, but for a reason and he still has control over his wages. But DD are set up for regular payments so he only has a certain amount and he has to account for every penny in order for the overdraft to go. The money i am being tight with is my own..not his.:o Does he not want things paid off? It's not like i am keeping it for myself.

He thinks he has made a massive sacrifice re the car( yes he has) but then again i was wrong for pointing out he couldn't afford the car and has run up his credit cards as a result...and the only reason he is on the train now, is because i won't pay for the car..him running out of credit card options having maxed them out. resulting in me sleeping on couch and him saying he would walk to station.

And all because i was tired from lack of sleep yet again from the snoring. So i do hope it works...but i may have recourse to the patio yet...

I was just shattered and sounded off- i just thought it was unfair of him, as i have taken him to the station and picked up every day. I did say he could drive my car on Saturday's and during half term/hols etc..but he had to pay the petrol. I pay the insurance etc. I didn't think that was unreasonable to ask him to pay for the petrol:o

He didn't offer to pay for any upkeep or anything on it either.. He just said that was my way of making sure he couldn't have the car..i just didn't know where he was coming from with that one. Probably one of his many excuses.

Any way I have been frugalising at home today. Did a bit of shopping and have bought some of the Tesco value teabags..28p for 80. I think they are quite good, so i am letting go of a few things. Have been trying out some frugal recipes, a la Weezl-

    Carrot cake

    Sweetcorn fritters..mmm very moreish:D

I have planned to do a lot of DIY type things while off this week, so will be stripping DD2's bedroom and decorating. I have the paper and stencils, bought curtains in sale ages ago..:o

Have decluttered a cupboard, and chucked out clothes ready for charity shop. I am also wiping down cupboards..anything to keep me busy and keep temper under control at the moment..oh other than lurking on t'internet.:D

:grouphug: for Bob, it's probably all much worse cos you are exhausted. Maybe he was too despite the snoring and that's why he was a git!

He probably was skinty, although the train journey is actually the same as his normal day...so unless he has a train delay he is on the same times. I am just tired from driving around bits of Lancashire visiting students.:o Then doing everything else on top.

I probably sound a bit petty, just fed up of his attitude to everything.:o

He is asleep now as well...:(
