  • tackled the garage yesterday :A

Found the floor and rearranged it with the bookcase and 2 sets of drawers creating a semi divier across the middle. We can now easily reach the bikes from the front, and all the housey stuff at the back, and we can walk from front to back :T:T

so - 5 bags to charity shop of books yesterday - another 2 to go tomorrow, 3 bin bags full of plastic bags to the supermarket for recycling, and 2 bin bags of general garden stuff.
6 items taken so far on freecycle, another 9 identified for the next free lising day on ebay, and 3 bin bags of childrens stuff for the next nct sale.

still have all the shelving across the other side to do - next weekend.

went to bed very tired and happy last night!!

Not done much over the past week but am slowly taking everything out of the kitchen - we now have no tiles on the wall and no flooring - still got to cook in this kitchen for a week and a half. OH disconnected the oven and so only have a hob to cook on. Thank goodness we are moving into our flat (holiday let investment) for two weeks while they rip out the kitchen and put in the new one.

So while OH chills out after hard work yesterday i'm going to tackle my book shelf and put together some bags for the CS.

So far nothing in today and will try and report back later with any out/pending stuff.

Hope everyone is having a good day.

Hello everyone, well I haven't posted for a while because I've done bu**er all! :rotfl:Apart from the usual ins and outs of post and groceries nothing has been touched. Since my *ehm* poor head from last Satuday's wedding I have felt like poo! And I've had the worst headache since Friday, can't seem to shake it.

Have sold quite a bit on Amazon though, had a minor drama with them yesterday when they needed my credit card details or I wouldn't get my payment . I've never had a credit card and they were always happy just to accept my maestro, but not anymore. So I had to use DH's DCard until my new NatWest one turns up (which is the first I heard about it yesterday).

I was given 2 tickets to the Moscow State Circus in a couple of weeks, so DH and I are going "for our anniversary", not taking the kids as their tickets are £15 each ~ bad Mummy but poor Mummy and anyway I've just bought them tickets for the local panto in December and tickets to see the Gruffalo in August.

Day off and Parents evening tomorrow so may do something around the house. :o

    :o

Ooh - we've seen the Gruffalo (and Gruffalo's child and Room on the Broom) at our local theatre - think I enjoyed it just as much as the children! Cannot recommend enough - brilliant!

    Today

not a lot planned. Off to a friend's house later and taking some bits for her and another friend with me, so that'll be 3 unwanted things gone! Also recycled some plastic cups and bottles yesterday.

Am itching to sort some stock and list on ebay, but have lots of more inportants tuff to do first (prep for accountants meeting etc) Hopefully next week!
