The Great Declutter Part 2

AND - In the process of sorting out travel docs and stuff for will writing appt with solicitor (complicated so not a DIY job) found £120 in my travel wallet! Thought it was a few euros and dollars from last trip (makes me sound like a right globe trotter!!)
What a fabulous surprise! I've often thought about stashing some notes away with the passports so that it's a nice suprise when we come to find it again, but never got around to it yet. I do have about $500 stashed away though from my last trip to the States (last April before I was an MSEer). Saving them for the next trip, maybe next year.Keep Calm and Carry On Kondoing

WOW everyone is doing so well
i blitzed eldest DS bedroom yesterday reason being we had lost a dvd we only brought it at 1/2 term:mad: youngest Ds had watched it 3 times but it hadnt left the house, now if it had been put in the dvd cupboards or in one of the dvd racks we would know where it was so convinced it would turn up under a bed i made a start (3 hours later bag of junk but still no dvd) DH found it last night it was in one of the boxes of warhammer models:mad: of course noone put it in there, and that would have been the first place anyone would have thought of looking. it was oly found by chalnce as DH said he was going to sort some of the models out.

hi everyone, i dont often post on this thread but really enjoy reading it!
i love decluttering but dont often get the chance - but today I have a day off work (good old flexi time) so I got up early and made a start in the spare room - got the worst job out the way, all the paperwork. Got a big bag of confidential waste now so either got to shred it all (and probably knacker the shredder in the process) or have a fire and create shed-loads of ash...
Also finished the last two shelves of the bookcase. Aim to finish spare room today (its more of a junk room really) and get a few bits on ebay over the weekend. Got five things ending on ebay today, and 4 have bids so am happy.
OH is working away at the moment so i have the opportunity to get rid of a few things that he never uses but refuses to part with....hopefully he wont notice!
I am not looking forward to the dreaded understairs cupboard, odds & ends drawer, or loft!November 2018 make £10/day - £21/£300
