It worked for me. You are basically opening an account with them rather than paying upfront though, so a credit check is done and they agree you a limit. When you actually check out, you don't make payment, it is added to your account, but they do indeed go through at £1 per pair. :T

Edit - actually, just noticed Pooky saying she entered card details - that option was blanked out for me, but I can live with a Littlewoods account and if they really insist on me paying 10p a week for 20 weeks, then I will indeed do that! :rotfl:

Today I absolutely must make a start on my university work. Working full time and studying does not make for good holidays. I have a 10k word dissertation to produce for 5 Jan :(

Chase me up tomorrow to make sure I am doing my daily bit.

Amazing how, when faced with studying to do, I get obsessed with the need to do housework! :D

Ouch - rather you than me! But yes housework does become far more important when there's something you're not keen on starting.

I'm going through my finances and trying to work out a budget for next year.......but suddenly the thought of cleaning the bathroom looks more appealing.

    Morning all,

Firestrout ~ how's your DD this morning?

Today I'm off to Poole to visit my Nan, she's not very well :( my Dad is staying with her this week from today as she can't be left alone. My Mum is driving us down today as my car still has the spare on it which is limited to 50mph.

Talking of cars, Kassi.. my Auntie has the new Fiesta, it's lovely. Mum has the new C Max and I've got her old car, a 56 Fiesta, she let me buy it from her for £1500.... I have the best Mum in the world. Her new car is on options with Ford, my Grandad gets 3 discount vouchers a year so she had a chunk discounted. I'd love to be able to help her out in 3 years time when she pays her car off like she's helped me.

Hope everyone has eaten all the turkey and has a lovely day xxx
