    Thanks Bluemoo and Muser.
Ok so here we are in 2014, another payment cleared and we are at £125175. Things are very tight this month due to spending far too much at xmas but am hoping to be on an even keel by the end of the month.
I am now back at work and looking so forward to getting paid again!
On the positives took two bags of clothes to the recycler today and got £8 and found £35 in a coat pocket.
On the negatives two kids birthday presents to buy, ended up getting them in the sale and cost £16.50.
I phoned up the mortgage company for BTL property, which has been on interest only for eight years to see if there were any mortgage deals available to us. The only deals available were at a higher interest than what we currently pay so I have agreed to increase the payment from £534 to £695 so we will be paying off around £160 per month off the capital. Its not great but we have to start somewhere.
Heres to good things for everyone in 2014 (sorry smilies aren't working)

Right time for a little update...WE ARE NOW IN THE 124'S!!! £124,793 to be exact.
We have booked a family holiday to Eurodisney in the summer so need to be careful with the spending between now and then as I have heard it is very expensive when you are there.

That's great WABL, it can be hard going after Christmas but that figure is coming down nicely and you have a lovely break to look forward to.
