We are officially in the 115's:j:j
Not exactly sure of the balance because it hasn't updated online but it is roughly 115980... So we are only just there but feels great all the same. So far in 2015 we have made over 3.5k of overpayments but it will slow down now. Happy Friday everyone :D

Thanks Cathy and Sque. It feels great to be making some inroads...the thousands seem to be falling off quicker and quicker!

We are now in the 144's :j:j:j:j..the balance is £114962 :D
The only thing is we have our house up for sale and are hoping to move to something a bit bigger in the country, so the mortgage may be going up in the near future. I never imagined that keeping your house immaculate for viewings would be so difficult!!

I know - you can't even open a cupboard door and chuck it all in as the flippin' viewers might want to see in there .

Good luck with it :T. (The sale, not the tidying. Though that as well :D)
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

This has to be the longest absence I have had from updating the diary:eek:. The biggest news is we have moved house and with the house we also have a bigger mortgage. Not sure of the total balance but I think it's around £177k,but will find out the exact total tomorrow. I feel that the title of the diary now a bit misleading but I'm not really into starting new diaries as the whole story becomes fragmented....so I will just stick with this one. I love the new house but hate the big mortgage and it feels like I'm back to eating the elephant again!! I promise to update signature and post totals tomorrow. I need to read diaries to get some enthusiasm for overpaying again.
