    Hi WABL

Ive just sat and read your diary through from the start, well done on all your OP's!

Me and the OH have been in our house only 6 weeks now (after 5 years in our previous house), so once we've done some more decorating we can start OPing again.
We did get addicted to recieving the letters from nationwide on our last mortgage updating us on the revised term!!

    Current Mortgage balance.... £173,315
    Daily Interest.... £20.70 eeeek!
 Mini me due March 2014
  • Thanks for popping by sjlou...when you get sorted you will have to start a diary and we can keep eachother motivated :D

Crikey, feeling positively rich here with my £2.92 :rotfl:
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

  • Havent made any more overpayments but have had a good week budget wise.
Taken lots of DDS old clothes out of the attic and washed them ready for ebaying...they are winter type clothes, so will list them in a few weeks when the weather starts getting colder.
OH has started eating porride recently and asked me to get those sachet ones...i could not believe the inflated price of these in the supermarkets  Instead i got a big bag of porridge for £1.40 that will last ages...the kids are all eating it now too. So that will be a few pounds saved on the cocopops and frosties etc. :D
