Hello
I really need to do this. Have a massive aversion to H.work but at age 50plus need to get over it. Tried once before but soon lost the way. I notice lots of you copy the list and repeat it when posting, is that to keep you on track and is it the best way? OH has taken teens out so I will scoot round whilst they are out. One of my problems is feeling why should I be doing this when there are 4 of us in the house, 3 adults and one nearly adult. However that attitude has got me nowhere. OH will help occasionally and does the washing up. Teens are responsible for their rooms and helping. DD is better than DS, whose room is frequently so littered no floor space is visible and he has the largest room in the house as he is in the loft! How often do you post, does the new list for each day go up daily and at what time? Here goes.WL 11 st 5lb as at 050109. 160209 11st 2lb

Well that went erm...squiffy :rotfl: About 3 mins into my HHC my mum phoned so 40min later I haven't achieved anything except folding of the TD load
Just going to have a warm drink and then I'll head back into the kitchen at midday having reset my timer  In the meantime I might sling a load of washing in and put CSI:NY on for company..its way too quiet without DD around!
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

so toots - our official meeter and greeter will spot you and send you the 'welcome' PM.
Basically, yes, pigpen (aka 'our illustrious leader') adds the next day's bit to the first post each evening. If you want you post your list and remove each job as you do it. Some people only post their list - some are a bit more 'chatty'. More chat than list and piggers gets out the fluffy mules and starts flinging them :rotfl:0 -

I notice lots of you copy the list and repeat it when posting, is that to keep you on track and is it the best way? It works for a llot of us to keep us on track and so we can see easily what is left.. and more importantly what is already done OH has taken teens out so I will scoot round whilst they are out. One of my problems is feeling why should I be doing this when there are 4 of us in the house, 3 adults and one nearly adult. I know that feeling.. why should I clar up their rubbish? hey all have arms too! However that attitude has got me nowhere. OH will help occasionally and does the washing up. Teens are responsible for their rooms and helping. DD is better than DS, whose room is frequently so littered no floor space is visible and he has the largest room in the house as he is in the loft! My 3 small pinks have the biggest room.. and the most mess.. annoying often I want to just go fling the entire contents of the room and start again. How often do you post, does the new list for each day go up daily and at what time? Here goes.
We post as often as we feel the need.. quite often after having a half hour dash around trying to get as uch done as possible.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0
