No it hasn't and my order has the same status too.

I got an email saying that their stock at the warehouse has been damaged so I called up customer services and the person I spoke to said they need to source stock from elsewhere and won't know till Monday. I'm really disappointed and may cancel today and buy something else before the VAT rise as if I wait till Monday and there's no stock, prices at other retailers may have gone up.

Can't say I'm impressed with their customer service so far.

...I bought the NC-10 to take with me when travelling on company business - it goes in my (Samsonite, indestructable) briefcase lid to complement my company laptop. Causes a few comments when I drag out all my IT, Nintendo DS, MP3 player during the security checks.

It is simply brilliant! A pint-sized proper laptop on which I have installed OpenOffice etc along with a few other programmes and diversions that I cannot use on the company laptop for - Skype for starters. I love talking to my son in Japan and my daughter in London when I'm in Scotland... and of course nowt beats chatting to the wife on a videophone rather than the mobile.

A lovely bit of kit...

This offer seemed to be too good to be true and it looks like it was - my order has been cancelled to due no stock after lots of procrastination. Next best price for the NC10 at the moment appears to be argos, in case anyone is still looking (£239).

Really not impressed with Debenhams electricals at all, I won't be using them again.

I have an NC10 and recommend it completely. I understand there are newer models though.

I use mine almost daily although I wouldn't want it as my only PC - I have a desktop too.
