Dear All
Have just read through everyone's posts since my last visit (been poorly girl and so off work). Because of that, and the snow am currently on my 4th NSD. Am hoping for five by the end of the day. Had to spend yesterday, as pick DD2 up from school (rare and very welcomed treat for me) so had to buy her a sausage roll on the way home to celebrate. Also had to pay childminder (ouch, it always hurts, but needs must when you're a single mum). Fell over on the way home and have really hurt my knee so am consolling my self with the well-known rememdy of bourbon biscuits and coffee (already bought and paid for!!!). Another day off work, but am trying to rest with the intention of returning tomorrow (if I'm not snowed out)!!!

Hello lovely peeps

Feel a bit of a fraud today (yes I'm off on another bluddy ramble because I'm home-alone with no-once except you to irritate)

Well other people have made it into work. I've not even tried. The main roads seem clear but have to admit to being a wee bit of a scaredy cat with regard to getting my car off drive, down alley, down side road on to main road. And the building I work in is in the middle of a park and up a hill. Anyway I can work from home so I don't know what I'm winding myself up about. Catholic guilt. Sat at home with work in front of me, PJ bottoms on, listening to CD's and posting on this thread. Bad girl.

Anyway.......absolutely no need to go anywhere today - no food shopping required and even if I did need something I'm not going to get it as I'm punishing myself for yesterdays stupid end-of-the-world-is-nigh panic buying.

So a lovely jubbley NSD for me today!!! :T (Please god, don't let my pipes freeze and I have to incurr plumbers costs etc)

Okay - getting on with work now. Right now. Honest.

Do you apply them directly to the poorly area as a poultice or are they administered internally? Hmmmmm would they work for stiff hips due to being sat on my @rse too much?
