You go to the sub-forum (eg. Credit Card, Debt, Saving etc) that your question pertains to (oh get me) and at the top there should be a button for 'new thread'. Never done it myself. Double check using the search function to make sure no one has already asked or answered your question before

ah bless you blimusOreilly. no i don't. I already love the sound of my own voice far too much for mine (or anyone elses) good and don't need any encouragement to rattle on more than I do full of 'the big I am'....flipping heck I'd never leave get off the sofa. Who am I kidding, I'd never get out of bed. I'm so sad that I've started checking the forums on my phone when I wake up!!
