cupcake wars on food network tonight - way to get ideas hopefully!

I watched Cupcake Wars last night, oh so cheesy but American shows like that usually are! I really want to try Red Velvet cupcakes, can't believe I haven't made them yet when they seem so popular.

Imagine baking 1000 cupcakes in two hours!!

Hi Hayley,

Don't know whether you have a Red Velvet recipe in mind, but if not I'd highly recommend this recipe ~ I've done it as a cake and cupcakes and it always gets rave reviews

Thanks for your kinds words all. I'm in a much more uplifted mood today. I've been penciling out marketing strategy's and concept and am currently in discussion with logo designers, so things are better today. I'm just happy to be putting into practice all the skills learnt from my business degree - makes those four years seems sort of useful now! x

I was wondering if anyone else had seen the JML TV advert today for their silicone giant cupcake bakeware? its £19.99 and comes with a receipe booket I think. I just wanted to know what everyone thought about it.

Also, on the subject of logos, can anyone recommend a cost-efficient company for logo design? I have seen Ella Announcements mentioned but does anyone else have any suggestions? I'm currently looking at logodesignguaranteed.co.uk - does anyone have any thoughts on this?
