Just wanted to pop in to say MERRY CHRISTMAS! to everyody, some heartfelt and lovely messages on here which really touched me (SIL was horrid to me today so all your lovely messages brought a smile to my face).
Just wanted to say, I was nowhere near as organised as I thought I was but I have already bought wrapping paper, tags, gel pens (for tags), bows and ribbons, lots of selotape, gift bags, some decorations, 3 new stockings to hang and a large present sack for DD for around £15.00
I look forward to planning next Christmas with you all and having a good old catch up. Have a great Christmas xComping wishlist for 2017

Merry Christmas everyone.
I was a very lucky woman and got spoilt. I spent all week searching for a Soap and Glory tote bag but was unable to get one only to find it on the sofa from santa. The kids had a great day and the house looks like a toy shop.
Going to hit the Boots sale in the morning and get some bits for Birthdays and Christmas next year.
Really want to get the best for my money next year. I spent far too much this year but loved every minute of it. My brother told me I get too carried away but I love it and they are all worth it. Maybe next year I might try and cut down.0 -
I ended up buying myself a soap and glory tote as soon as they went online as I love soap and glory and couldn't resist, but my auntie got me one for christmas today aswell :rotfl:Looks like I'm going to be all soap and gloryed up for the forseeable future!"Imperfection is beauty, madness is genius and it's better to be absolutely ridiculous than absolutely boring."0

lol I asked for fruity bubble bath (you know the story - buy it yourself you can only justify a nice one occasionally) I got: 3 N-Spa ones (gingerbread, lemon and strawberry) plus 4 mini ones (gingerbread, hot toffee sauce, chocolate orange and one i can't remember), plus a couple of general body sets that have bath salts in and a pk of 6 bath fizzy bombs.
That'll save me a bit of cash next year.loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -
I got no smellies to speak of. Some Katie Price shampoo and conditioner but thats it. I did get a 2 books and a rolling pin! MIL bought me 2 prs of tights, 2 tops, some pasta and a kitchen utensils set. Both of my daughters bought me jewellery and I was very pleased with that.Donna
Economy; careful management; providence. Whether you call it thrifty or frugality it all comes down to getting more for your money.0
