    Ok not too bad today.

Ive almost finished Nivea soft, Im slathering it on tonight as todays wind was harsh!!
    :J

I love Nivea soft, it does what it says on the tin:cool: Smells lovely too! My fave body moisturiser!
  • Did I read on here somewhere that you could use something elase for shaving, when you're out of foam/gel?
Thinking it'll help use something up without having to buy a new shaving gel, even though I only get the 34p one from Morrisons!
    :hello:No more toiletries challenge :T

Pasta bolognese bake here - with lumps of mozarella cheese on the top. Yum Yum Yum!

The pot of Sanctuary body butter ran out last night so I am now on to the first of two Sanctuary Creme Souffle's. I got one from OH at christmas and I think the other one must date back to at least last christmas if not further back than that. The palmolive body wash has now been upside down for three days and is still going strong. Perhaps it'll run out tonight......

The skin on my face is feeling a bit dry so I think I might go and find what I have in the way of a moisture mask - might well end up being a good thick layer of the Avon moisturiser though! Also remembered last night that OH has a tube of scrubby stuff that he's had on the go for ages and seems determined not to use (no danger of MrEH nicking my creams lotions and potions!) so I might use that up as a hand scrub I think.

Finished off a nail polish remover, 2 bottles left. Had a moisturising mask on earlier and was sitting trying to do the online course on the bbc website to learn gaelic, hubby came in and said I looked like an alien sitting mumbling in a foreign language!!!

Thanks for this information - I didn't know this was there. I've got a CD/book combination but have never really got on with them.

    Good evening all,

I have failed miserably again today. I thought I would just have a little reccy of all the Boots Branches near my office to see what sets might be going in the 75pct off sale. Unfortunately I could not resist one Botanics set as it was down to a fiver and very good value and I was worried it might not be left by Wednesday. Do I need it? No. Did I want it? Yes.

You truly live up to your name!!! :rotfl:

However I do have my hair coloured at the hairdressers monthly ( because I feel I get better, more natural looking results and I can't manage to 'just ' do the roots all over myself), my eyebrows waxed and tinted (can't see to do them properly myself any more!) and a pedicure, facial or massage ( partly maintenance, partly relaxation and enjoyment) every now and again. I work hard and feel at my age(!), I've earned the pampering!

I don't know whether that's inconsistent with the concept of the thread or not really!

Not at all!! We are not trying to turn into unkempt Stigs of the Dump here! :rotfl: The point (I think) is surely to spend your money wisely i.e. on the things that are important to you and that is what you are doing. Well done! :T xoxo
