Evening ladies, been looking at the boots sale thread and i do feel so relieved that im doing this challenge, its like a weight of my shoulders not having to buy the ridiculous amounts of gifts sets i just had to have. Looks like its off tomorrow, just wanted some star trek bits so will walk by my local and get them price checked just in case;).
So i did finish my body lotion plus a foot scrb too, as i dont have any left in my stash:eek: im gonna use body scrub and a pumice stone on my feet instead. Well of to read for a bit then cath some zzzz.

It is such a hard language to learn, but its something I always wanted to do. I'm still on the first part of it, there is a test at the end of each section (I got 4 out of 10) so back to the beginning I go0 -
Erm, no?
Cos that means we all are :A
Was the No7 cream the protect and perfect stuff that came with the little metalic bag? (Dunno why I had to have two of those, btw?but they were pretty :rotfl:) I thought that cream was rather good. Might buy it next time I need facial moisturiser. I'm using simple atm and it's alright, but a bit 'runny'. Can feel my skin getting drier as I get older and I need something heavier.
yeah, that's the one, it's really nice...I was using nivea nite cream but found it to be quite heavy and greasy...so found this from the No7 clutch gift...they make good "samplers" I think..:hello:No more toiletries challenge :T

Slightly off topic...But does anyone know if you can return No7 toners/cleansers for an exchange? Got them in a gift and don't really use them..

Hi girls!salesaddict wrote: »I so identify with this. But all I am going to buy is the Stardrops;)
Read earlier that someone else had bought this too (Babette??) but can't find the post now. I started using Stardrops last year, fab cheap all-purpose, dilute it into old trigger sprays and keep one in bathroom and one in kitchen BUT make sure you wear your marigolds every time , it can be extremely harsh on your skin and can make your hands quite sore! Don't want to undo all that good work with the handcream!

I've beeen using P&P for nearly a year now. Really impressed! Using it alongside oil-cleansing has made my skin more balanced and I don't ever have to slather cream on my face any more, a thin layer day and night is enough to keep it moisturised, so the jars last for ages too. (3 for 2 atm, I got new supply for "free" by returning unwanted gifts)

LOL... sorry... but you really did just make me giggle because I had that exact reaction when I found another bottle of the dreaded Timotei conditioner. Seriously that stuff is haunting me. I thought I was nearly finished the last bottle but no!!! I could have cried. QUOTE
Haha to this. I know what you mean! I have been using up the BIG bottles of Timotei shampoo and conditioner that DD abandoned before Christmas. They must have been on offer 'cos she doesn't usually buy it! At least this one's for coloured hair. Actually I find it's OK, lots of creamy lather and it leaves my hair nice and shiny. I know what you mean though, it goes on f-o-r-e-v-e-r and that's with washing and conditioning every night!. Finished the conditioner, still got a bit of the shampoo to go!!
My hands are sore at the moment, despite all the TLC they're getting. The Clinique eye cream has had a wondrous effect on the backs of my hands. Probably finish it tomorrow. Finished up the remants of the Boots hand scrub too. Going to do the Bodyshop hemp hand protector and gloves again tonight.
Found an FCUK (whoops, just typed that wrong the first time!) body spritzer thing of DD's. Could save it til the summer I suppose, but it's been around at least a year and I think it needs to go! The fragrance is nice and fresh and light. Think I'm going to use it a room/linen spray for my bedroom!
Love the thread. Keep up the good work everyone!0 -
I am guilty of this, got an open shelving unit above toilet (accquired with the house) 5 shelves and its jam packed to point of one false move sending toiletries hurtling towards the toilet, none fell in as yet but only luck as tend to fling arm out as they fall and divert them elsewhere on toilet floor, got a cupboard full too so yes I have too much.....am terrible for buying shampoo and conditioner, not even sure why lost lots of hair when I had my son last April and still growing back nice little tufts growing back at front, looks like a big quiff at this rate Ill have shampoo til 2020, cant even pass it off on fiance as he has no hair!!!!!!!!! This thread has inspired me to try and use all up before buying anymore!0

a funny story...........once left expensive Charles Worthington shampoo at ex boyfriends house, wasnt too worried as he was bald so fully expected to pick it up on next visit, next visit came around and shock horror it was all gone.......do you know what he had done with it??? Shampooed his chest hair which was incidentally like a rug...the cheek of it....but it may give you an idea of a way to use your products up, apparently shampoo brings up chest hair a treat!!!! lol0
