You can buy phone lariats (the cord with ring attached) and the handbag clips with chain attached from bead shops / ebay etc. Then you would usually attach a bead(s) to a headpin and curve the top of the head pin over to form a loop and loop this to the chain on the handbag charm or lariat, unti you are happy with your design.

I am going to have to stop looking on ebay and various bead websites for a little while.....It has become very addictive buying all the bits and pieces.;)

........sorry your profits will be dowm for the next month, while I use up my ever growing stock of glass beads, headpins and jumprings.:rotfl:

Ok so I bought some pliers and wire cutters, had a play around and these are my first ever attempts at jewellery making I think I'm going to enjoy this................

Ooo I`d love to go to a crafts thing - shame bout the lack of bead stalls for you tho. Love the sound of the wire mesh ribbon kit too and you can never have enough fire polish crystals.
