Do you have to accept refund on same card you paid with ?

My understanding is the original purchaser can "reject" the item if it is faulty and get a refund. He or she does not have to accept repair or replacement unless a short amount of time has already passed. A short amount of time is not defined. If you know me to be wrong please post a link to a realiable source of your information.glider3560 wrote: »You are wrong. The shop only has to repair, replace or refund - which one of these is their choice. They could choose to repair the product, which means you wouldn't get a refund.0 -
In a nutshell yes the refund has to go back on to the original card as set by the card issuers themselves. Without the card most stores will refund in vouchers.0
