iphone -simplicity- what are my options ?

The iphone simplicity sim is only available i you are coming off a contract iphone, not available to pay and go users.

To get your contacts back onto the new phone, you need to connect to itunes and do a restore from backup (make sure sync contacts box is checked).

Here's an easy way to check your balance and charges.
Open 'App Store', do a search for 'My O2' download and install this app, when you log in you will immediatley, see all your allowances, and any charges that are on your account, amongst other things.

As long as you have the unlimited web bolt on your simplicity sim you should not have any extra charges.
