Me again!
Right, I was looking for boxes to put my home made chocs in for Xmas pressies and came across this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dd2efRRmGaY
Now I NEED to make them but the instructions on the link (http://www.instructables.com/id/Unbelievable!-White-Or-Black.-Crazy-Paper-Cube./) dont make much sense to me. The person who did the you tube video said they added an extra square for the lid...
Is this way too hard for someone who has never done origami before?! Or is there a dummies guide to this?
They look fab!!0 -
chasingsunshine - I'm no good at instructions........always look so easy when someone else does it. Have you got any boxes kicking around the house you could maybe cut down to the right size (at the same time making note how they're made).or maybe re-vamp with some coloured paper ?..........I'm going to have a go at it with some of the smaller presents I'm giving.I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

could people tell me where they get their brown wrapping paper from cheaply please? i'm trying to avoid commercial wrapping paper now, so using various things, but need a stock of brown.
i used to get it in ikea, but don't think they do it any more, and it's not convenient ( plus if i go, i always spend waaaaay to much on stuff........that i don;t need......but it's sooooo nice!!:o)
thanksssss...

(If he does use cellotape, which I'm sure he does as you can see it on the box, it's not technically origami. It's cheating :rotfl: )0 -

I'll give it a go tonight (would try now but I'm going to work shortly.) I'm quite into origami, so I'll see if I can replicate it. It looks fun!

Would be excellent if you could work it out. I'd love to know how to do it.
I think with some nice christmassy or classy paper it'd make a nice little choccie box0 -
I'm starting to put my Christmas ideas together and hope it's OK to post them here as I make them. If you are like me you are looking for your Christmas ideas now. I got the charms from e-bay and sort of codged up the verse based on others I have seen.
I thought having three bracelets/wishes would be a bit different.
