    Hi guys
OK I'm being brave, have uploaded some photos of the apron and crayon pouch I've made for my niece's first birthday in a week and a half. Don't know if you can tell from the photo but I've made 3 pockets in the bottom of the apron too so she can stash crayons in there. I know she's young for it, but has started to scribble a bit and hopefully it's something that will last her a while. Please be kind - am a beginner sewer and a beginner photo-poster!

    elyphant - that's brilliant :T well done you:T

Well I've had a bit of a non-day - didn't sleep very well, leapt out of bed early in case plumber came (he didn't) so felt whacked all day. Did manage to plod through second page of scrapbook number 2 so not totally wasted day I suppose.
I seem to have a list as long as my arm of 'stuff to make/do' and just not getting round to doing it.
Kick up backside please someone :(
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

I found some crafty events that I was rather excited about and would love to attend. These events are in the North East of England, so I apologise in advance to those people for whom this is too far away.

I thought it might be good to have a nosey to see what people are selling and borrow some ideas! Also, once I have given away my bits and bobs as birthday and christmas presents I hope to have a stash left over that I could sell on, so thought I would check out their stalls and displays and prices etc.

If you are interested I have posted the places and times on my blog (hover over my name, link to my homepage) as I am unsure about posting them here (is it advertising?!).

Do you know if there is a craft fair directory anywhere, that would include the North East of England, I would be interested to see that.

Thanks guys for all your lovely comments - that's given me a real boost! Just her little 'scribble book' to make now and then all done.

Hope everyone has a good day today.
