Stepmum - my answer to anything I don't want to come off is superglue - but if he should get it off and pop it in his mouth... you don't want that. Hopefullly the experienced knitters will be along in a bit to help you out :D

I don't believe in the concept of hell, but if I did I would think of it as filled with people who were cruel to animals.

    Nearly finished scrapbook :j:j:j:j

Now need ideas on what to put in twiglet tubs (empty ones...........lol) that I've covered in pretty paper.
I've done 3 'pamper pots' - only other idea I could come up with was a 'relaxation pot'...........aromatherapy candles, joss sticks.............then I'm stuck as to what else ??????
    Any ideas ?
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

How about a DIY pot,put in a screwdriver ,a few screws maybe a fuse or two, handy to keep them together in a pot.
Or a craft pot for a child, put in craft items with some instructions printed off the net ,with crayons ,colouring in pages ,or a little sewing or knitting set ,my mind is running away now, lol.

Just remembered something someone suggested last year.............'emergency box/or tub or pot' with things like batteries, pieces of string, band aid, -all the sorts of stuff people run out of..............usually when the shops are shut. :rotfl:

Hey whoopidoo, heres my first attempts at bracelets here, I cant get yours out of my head though and would you mind if i copied it, so my DD can have one for xmas.

I did enjoy making them, and have photographed them so that when I improve (hopefully) I can look back.

Mary-op, you make me smile with your tubs, what good ideas you have.

I must catch up on my reviewing but am sadly struggling, I put one review up, about 25 review it and then I read theres and some are sooooo long, the days gone.

So if I miss you please let me know.xx

Susan, go for it :D I don't mind at all, am very flattered ;) Would love to see it when you are done. I'm making another at the mo but it's a pressie so can't show yet. The ones you've put on your blog are gorgeous!

Been up to my armpits in paint all day. Joined a 'graffiti chic' online class and the youngest two have been doing it with me today. OMG my toddler now has pink and purple streaked hair!:rotfl: So much fun though!

At last finished mums friends niece's scrapbook.......well apart from putting some ribbons round the ring binding - is it ok to do this in random fashion or is there any 'rule' for how its done ?
Went to a boot fair this morning and got a lovely 12 x 12 scrapbook for 50p..............no papers or anything in it but for 50p.......................:j
Was very good and didn't spend any more than £2...........foster daughter bought two necklaces for £2 each both in little voile bags (red and gold) which she's given me.............perfect for putting my button necklaces in................make them look better than they are...................lol:rotfl:
