Nat West, for sending me letters which ignore all the letters I sent them and advising me to contact a debt charity while ignoring the letters from CCS, for telling me a charging order is "nothing to worry about", for having at least 5 differerent organsisations in 5 different cities on my case, for requesting I send them proof of my ill health despite my being on Employment Support Allowance. "Helpful Banking" they should be sued under the Trades Description Act0
