Barclaycard for bullying/incompetence/ and knitting up accounts and sums I just don't owe. Also for a network of addresses and phone numbers that make it impossible to get any sense from anywhere. I wish I'd never heard of them let alone used them.
And the 'caring/sharing/ ethical' Co-op for bully tactics. I choke when I see their ads-don't even use their shops anymore

LLOYDS TSB
Without a doubt. Their constant tactics of adding extremely high charges and interest to accounts, that end up being just as high or if not higher than the payments made each month via the dmp is a joke. And customer service - non existant. The only person you can speak to for help is a nameless faceless person on the other side of the world. Their collections department is ruthless, and usally at no help what so ever. As long as they keep getting your money for years and years to come, they're happy.DFD February 2012

MBNA... awful, awful company. They increase the amount of credit far too easily, and then once you have run it up and are trapped the interest rate shoots up to about 35%. I think the minimum payment is also tiny. Definitely the worst of the credit card companies out there.0

Lloyds :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:hate them. Don't understand why these sh%%ts get away with their banking practice. No matter what you pay them via DMP most of it get swallowed up by interest. Totally heartless bunch :mad:Long Hauler No: 51
