How dare you run down such UNHELPFULL THICK DULL OF UNDERSTANDING BRICKWALLLS AS THEY ARE (get the joke) my god that is just what they are .Sent for my statments, the 40days expires on monday, as yet no sign of them, but heres the kick had my statement today and guess what there is an extra tenner on my last months payment.Now i presume this is the cheque i sent off to pay for my statements.Have i got the energy for another battle ? Dont know!!!!!!

Halifax for me and the poxy letters I used to get from their Retail Collections Team all the time (Charlotte Gurnell always had her name on them but I'm convinced it was a made up one as she never responded to the 50 or so recorded delivery letters I sent her!)

I've been to Court with the Halifax and won on two occasions. Despite this, I had some little 'insert name for genitals of your choosing' phone me up and ask me to repay a £16 overdraft, despite the Customer Services Team following the Court application advise they were crediting £4k to my account the following day. The little man's appendage who called me a liar when I told him about the settlement and said, "Ah've got nuffink on ma system telling me that" and so called me a liar again. I was physically shaking with anger at this repugnant little dog's danglies that I called him every name under the sun over the phone. Not the way I like to do business, but when someone calls you a liar over something like this, and the death of your father which led to the court case, then they deserved it.

I"m probably still used as customer training in there!

VANQUIS with their already extortionate 39.9% APR and increasing it to 47.89% for missing a payment, there twice daily landline phone calls in adition to a daily email, text message and phone calls to mobile.

They are also extremely patronising and continued to ring after i'd made arrangements to pay them on a certain date

Halifax/Blair oliver scott, What a bunch of W****rs, they were the only credit card company (of which i had five chasing me) who issued a CCJ. For that i will never ever ever use Halifax again. (tell a lie, i would use their glossy leaflets and other glob, to line the cat litter tray!

Lloyds, for persistently sending letters to my old address despite providing them with my new one (repeatedly), then finally writing to my new address to tell me they had no record of my account...

My vote goes to HALIFAX.

I closed my current account, filling in their lovely little form to confirm that I didn't want an account with them. They lost the form, charged me interest, didn't inform me, lost the next form, charged me more interest, black marked my credit file, charged me more interest, were rude and vile on the phone, finally admitted it was their fault, wrote off the interest and then refused to remove the wotsit on my credit file...barstewards.

They also mis-sold me PPI on my credit card but at least they were pretty efficient when I claimed it back, but I still :mad: them.
