Had a nice weekend. Went to my mates Sat night and had dinner there and then my gay mate invited me round last night. We had some wine and a right laugh watching Psychoville, sick but brilliant! In tonight and going to clean and watch Mistresses Series 1 which I got from Love Film. On the early tomorrow so need to be in bed early.

Had a much needed NSD today too!

Well, Had a lovley date with a very pretty boy last night which was just what I needed.
Was worried that changing from BT to Plusnet was going to cost me loads of money but got my final bill in yesterday and it came to the princely sum of £1.68 so think I'll be okay! :rotfl:
Off now for 3 days, doing a Saturday nightshift as the shop shuts on Sunday for 2 and a half weeks for a refit and then I'm off for a weeks holiday. Will be really nice. Going to see some mates and go to Mum and Dad's for a few days.
Seeing Mum and Dad on Friday at the shopping centre too. She's walking a wee bit better which is great! Night in tonight with a DVD and loving it. Tomorrow I'm going to pop out for a few bits early on and come home and read my lovley mags in the afternoon. Haven't even opened them yet. How good am I?! X

Well I've had a very productive day today!
    So far I have
    • Been to the Dr's (got a UTI)
    • Taken all my paper and bottles  to the recycling bin
    • Cleaned flat and done all dishes
    • Meal planned for the rest of the month
    • Joined the Co-op membership scheme as sometimes shop there
    • Listed a frock on ebay
    • Got change ready for bus to shopping centre
    • Posted necklace of mine to a friend who like it and is having a carp time just now
And now I'm sitting in bed cosy typing this and about to look at recipes for ideas for my online shop for next month. Never use Tesco as I think it's expensive but going to give it a go this month as I'll get cashback and there's a £10 off code and I'll get my points.

Think I might finally be getting the hang of this MSE thing - starting to think 'that's how much I've got for that week, what can I do' rather than making loads of plans and worrying that I don't have enough money to carry them out!!! Simples I know but just kind of dawned on me. Actually saved £10 at the end of one week, which tells me I could probably live on less and throw more at the debt in future. This month though I have an extra tenner for my week off and it's lovely.

    Still not opened the mags!

    Hi Souk,

sorry your mum still not so well, hope she improves soon. Well done on having another little lbm & how good are you for not opneing mags yet. I'm actively avoiding them as I always want to buy stuff I see ... am sticking to free books now until I have the cash to buy stuff I see in mags ...

    Enjoy your evening

    xx

    Hi all,

Well the shop is now in the hands of the contractors and I'm off for a week. Worked all night so came back and slept like a log for a few hours and off to have another kip soon before my night out with my old rep mate. Will be fab to see her but it could get messy, if I can stay awake. :(

Just had another ebay sale! £18.51 so I'm buzzing. Extra bit of cash for the week off is lovely. Got a few plans involving mates, Mum and Dad and having my bro round for food (will be free as will use the M and S vouchers for the food and wine and may even look for yellow stickered stuff as that's how [STRIKE]tight[/STRIKE] frugal I am these days :rotfl:
I may also see a gentleman or two if time allows :j

Right I have been up for hours and done nowt so need to do a wee quick clean and then maybe bed for an hour X

Yippee! Spent the last few days at Mum and Dad's so had a fab time and didn't spend anything. Mum treated me a bit and it was great to see them.

Given up on NSD's this month, just not happening so will scrap it and start again next month. Need to do some more debt busting again with coucil tax money and a bit extra shaved off my spends budget. It's definetely getting better!

Having a night in with pretty boy tonight X
