I make a lot of yogurt, and often strain it to get it all thick and unctious and delicious. Out of each litre of yogurt strained I get 100-200ml of whey, and, knowing that it's highly nutritious, I am loathe to simply pour it away.
What can I do with it though?! I have on occasion put it into stews but can't help but feel that there are other inspirational things. Help, please
