Outdoor Bred Fresh British Pork Loinsteaks (pack of 3/4), pack £7.99 per kg, SEL (specifically says pack of 4) £7.49 per kg.

R&R coughed up and SEL removed but I was glad I deliberately picked up a pack with 4 in it, some of the packs have 3 larger steaks and I think the CS was going to try to wriggle out of R&R. Having checked & brought back the SEL she asked me how many steaks were in the pack I had, looked quite crestfallen when I said four!

Got some chicken thighs yesterday. 'Fraid I can't remember the price but it was just over a fiver in total.

Also, found a couple of alcohol products which there offer had expired! Pimms reduced from 16.99 to 12.49 and this pack of alcopops - "Sami" or something like that, reduced from 4.99 to 3.99. Offer ended 25/7 so shouldn't have been there, however, when I usd the self scan, it still scanned at the lower price. Glad I checked!

amongst other things that have allready been mentioned on here

i had healthy living chicken breasts packs of 2...sel... price £7.84...(something around that mark )

but £ 9.44 on pack...had 3... after a bit of confusion refund given plus sel removed from shelf....in neath........

2 packs of lamb steaks, plus 2 bbq ribs buckets full refund although cs had a moan about the lamb been a full penny different.didnt say anything just smiled and accepted the refund. got £5.92 refund for the ribs, so free ribs and extra cash as well

I let the duty manager spend 10mins trying to work out the difference he owed me...he got it to 78p cos i'd bought 2 chickens...i pointed out their policy,much to his annoyance, and was refunded £6.96 :j

Well after work i couldnt wait to get in there, checked the DVDs but i then proceeded to the meat counter.

never have i examined the price per kg before, but i noticed that the skinless healthy living breasts were rightly priced, but three packs had a higher price. I also spotted a joint of pork, stuffed. they are running an offer at the moment reducing the price per KG, but would you adam and eve it:eek: , the !!!!!!s hadnt reduced it:j . there were 4 more at Tesco Extra in Reading.

Total refund £12.00. The lady behind counter wasnt helpful but i dragged the manager around with me.

I will deffo keep my eye out in future when I am next shopping. checked the ecover and it was correctly priced.:beer:

Just wanted you to know i spotted these in Dundee Metro too, but mine were marked as Fresh Scottish Pork Chops. (Hadn't read the post before my findings) Yellow SEL and larger sign 70p off per kg taking it down from £4.99 to £4.29kg. Packs marked as above at £4.99kg.

Only applies to Medium sized packs though and mine was stamped with a lovely "M" on the pack to help me get the right ones.

Also, Tesco Value fresh british skinless chicken breast fillets. SEL £5.91kg and pack £5.99kg.
