Saw the Ski Yogurts on BOGOF, SEL and big notice said £1.08 each.
BUT right next door saw a SEL and big notice saying £1.04 each for Ski yogurts. Could see no difference specified.
Went thru on BOGOF, but charged £1,08.
Didn't go for R&R on the yogurts as was already doing one of something else at the time ( worth a lot more !), and I don't like to push my luck too much, or get my face too well known.
So, it might be worth you checking out the SKI yogurts - don't know if the £1.04 was an old price, but it too clearly said BOGOF as well.

called at tesco garage to fill up with fuel today - whilst there picked up a pack of tic tacs SEL £1.09 spearmint flavour and 50% extra free (4 pack in a cellophane wrapper ) went through till at £1.15 which is the price on the MINT flavour packs
only on the SPEARMINT flavour tic tacs 4 in a pack marked 50% extra free SEL £1.09 charged £1.15
tried to give me the difference back but I asked if the garage policy was same as main store - they rang through to store who confirmed it was the same policy then got R & R with no problems
dont know if this is the same instore ?Thanks to everyone who posts comps :T0 -
Well, there seems to have been a day or so without a firm lead so I was without a R&R objective during a special trip to harvest some discontinued Walnut Oil from a particular Tesco store a few minutes drive from home. This choice was based on wanting to experiment with the oil for making bread and use a CC promotion voucher for any of their Finest range of Olive Oils - any size. I had it firmly set in my mind that the Walnut Oil was part of their flavoured olive oil range and so would meet the criteria of best use of voucher without making a purchase we do not want/can not use.
Comparing the discontinued reduced price for this walnut oil with other oils indicated that this was a good price, £3.30 per litre (approx), if we can use it like olive oil it's a winner. I picked up six bottles and wandered round a while; scanning the shelves, knowing the R&R meat theme from here I looked for chickens...
I found Chicken Breast Fillets. Normally we would not buy the pre-skinned breasts, being quite happy to save the extra costs getting the chickens whole or skinned etc. However, Watch out for Willow Farm Chicken Breast Fillets, 400g-600g pack size. Plastic tray with light brown paper lable.
Promotional SEL £7.19/kg. Packet Label £8.99/kg. (Display until: 29 Jul)
I took three packs, the others were correctly marked down at £7.19/kg. and carry a yellow promotional sticker.
While waiting to pass through the till I noticed that my Walnut/Olive Oil was not what I had thought the voucher allowed, but decide to bluff the mistake when the voucher fails to scan.
The voucher scanned fine, also the extra 20p off voucher for a product not purchased. :T
I took the chicken to CS and simply said I thought the packet price was different from the "...price in the fridge...", I'm aware from this board to appear a bit stupid - but not too stupid.
The CS lady came with me to 'check' the fridge, but was a little fuzzy about what she would do about it. We debated a little and she correctly pointed out that I had picked the older stock, different date and not sticked with the new promotional price. She was happy to leave it at that but was happy to get the manager when I questioned this and said, "...that wasn't correct..."
Manager arrived. Quite pleasant manner, looked at the SEL - compared with my chicken, straight away said that it was an overcharge and guided the CS to give a full refund and I keep the chicken. "...oh thank you I say - that's kind of you...", (play nice but dim)
About £15 back on my Visa card, and the prospect of free velvet lemon chicken this weekend, yummy.

Phew!
Good grief!
Can we keep the epic stories to the discussion thread please and keep the MISPRICES thread nice and simple like this post from M_Will on the 25th.
Finest Pork Leg Joint pack price £5.99 per kg, SEL £4.79 per kg.
Finest Pork Belly Joint pack price £4.99 per kg, SEL £3.99 per kg.
Chicken thighs pack price £2.68 per kg, SEL £1.90 per kg (I think).
Thanks very much. I don't know how many times we need to say!Keep SmilingSite member number 24

In my tesco the £1.08 is for one type of Ski (Smooth i think) and £1.04 is for the other type (with bits and vairty packs). They say you can't put a value on life... but I live it at half price!0
