    Hi
The other day I bought a Parker Pen (fountain) in Tesco.
£6.97, but with a yellow/red special offer ticket marking it down to £4.97 (hence I bought it).
When I got home, I discovered I had been charged £6.97, so took it back yesterday for full refund!
I don't know how quick they are at sorting this stuff, and am assuming it's a universal pricing thing - but I got mine in Blairgowrie, Perthshire.

Not strictly an R&R though, is it?

The thread is about 'Tesco Misprices' which covers a lot more than R&R's.
  • Bit of a newbie to this but have had a couple of good days....

Yesterday found the Cannock store had Tesco Finest Scotch Mince 800g SEL £2 pack £2.29, got three packs and had full R & R and an apology! SEL removed.

Today started with a trip back to Cannock and found the cheese previously mentioned Italian Grana Padano Cheese , which had a SEL of 9.98/KG and Pack Price over £12 /KG, grabbed two of those, tastes alot like but not quite as hard as parmesan cheese. Noticed yesterdays CS lady still on duty and took a ten minute walk around incase I was recognised - Lucky me she must have finished at the hour mark and was replaced - Went to new CS and got Full R & R - Gave a pack to my Mum. SEL removed.

Was passing Brownhills store on way to see elderly relatives, popped in to see if I could get more cheese or mince beef, when I spotted a Yellow Promo Ticket for Beef Joints Topside/Silverside and another cut I don't recall - It was £1 off per KG down to £5.48 /KG, there was only one joint left on the shelf showing £ 6.48 on the pack, got a full R&R on that of £8.98, yello promo ticket was removed. Gave joint to aformentioned relatives who gave us loads of veg from the garden.

Had also spotted mispriced Tesco H/L mini chicken fillets on my previous Cannock visit earlier that day, sent wife in on way home for her first R&R attempt ...SEL £ 2.97 , pack price £ 2.99....CS offered wife one free pack out of the three she'd bought, but wife cooly pointed out the sign behind the CS lady who then immediately R&R'd all three .... I'm proud of her.

Have enough beef & chicken to last a while in freezer, might have a break before I get recognized...A good day unless your Mr T.

Just back with my 2nd R&R ever, Green&blacks Almond organic chocolate (my fave!) on SEL at 1.19 scans at 1.49.
I got 3 bars and R&R, no probs.

    went like this:
Me: excuse me i think i've been overcharged. these were meant to be 1.18 or 1.19 or something, but i've been charged 1.49
SA: where did you see the price, was it on the SEL?
    ME: (confused look) the what?
    SA: The Shelf Edge Label
ME: oh the shelf, yes it was.

after checking label on shelf SA congratulated me, told me I would get the choccy free and that it would taste all the much better now, big smile and have a nice day!

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Tesco barbecue BBQ Rib Bucket (pork ribs in a smoky barbeque flavour glaze) 600g, printed on label £2.96. Extra stuck on label reading buy 2 for £5.

SEL said something like "save 74p, price now £2.22".

No problem with R&R for six packs - £17.76 returned and the ribs are on the barbie as I write.
