As they wear down they're easier to get in and out but I agree... they're tight to strat with, and if the bar goes in slightly damp it means it then gets stuck to the bottom and you get lumps stuck to the tin.

don't get me wrong, I think the concept of the tins are good and when we go away I put my bars in their tins so they dont' get damaged in transit (or leave soap stuck to my toothbrush :rotfl:) but don't use the tins to store the bars in when they're being used

I'll definitely use the ballistics and the Snowcake soap (I like the smell).

I ordered online and got the £20 box of free stuff. The contents were the same as the £10 box listed above with the addition of an extra ballistic (Blackberry), a tub of Strawberry Santa shower jelly, and a Snow Fairy solid perfume. I'll use everything apart from the perfume, and even though it wasn't as good an offer as in store, it allowed me to stock up on some of my favourite retro products and on Snow Fairy and get free stuff into the bargain!

I have the same problem, if its any help the square tins are easier to open then the circular tins. Also try to only take half the tin with the product before I step in the shower seems to help- and drying the product off (air dry) before closing the tin helps too.

Maybe if we all write/email Lush they may improve the design? they sort of need to include a Lush leaver to open the tins really don't they?!

hmm, i had one really good grab bag from the southampton one which i got on boxing day, and since then the grab bags were rubbish. just tons and tons of loose bathbombs inside! also was not terribly impressed the day they'd sold out of grab bags and i went away with a £6.95 gift box instead, as the next time i went back these gift boxes (and more expensive ones) were included with other stuff in grab bags!

I opened my "You shall go to the ball" gift box today to try out the Yummy Yummy Yummy shower gel.......and discovered a bubble bar and ballistic instead! Need to go and buy some shower gel now lol!

I absolutely love Ruby Red Slippers, possibly because it reminds me of Wicked xD
