What icing are you using? The roll out stuff is easy but if you are going for the full on Royal Icing make sure its quite a thick consistancy

It was sooooo nice. We sat around talking and drinking tea for a couple of hours, then went to the cinema and watched 2012. It is possibly the worst film I have ever seen, and we resorted to hiding behind our hands and giggling like kids as it got progressively less plausible and more silly.

Then we got chinese food and sat on the rug eating it and drinking wine. And just for Tenmah :


Then we made naked snow angels...

Then we slept cuddled up together, in amongst lots of snogging and as much rudeness as we could possibly manage bearing in mind the 'little issue' I had. :rolleyes:

Oh, and this morning he warmed my car up and de-iced it for me ready for me to leave for work, and gave me lots of hugs and kisses before I left, and promised to pop round before Christmas with my present. :j

Ten, it's VERY difficult being friends with an ex, especially if you still have feelings for him. I couldn't do it with Shrek, and I couldn't adjust to platonic friendship with Mr Sunday either.

Make sure you're not hurting yourself by getting your hopes up about seeing him and then having them dashed when he doesn't turn up. Shrek used to do that to me, and it hurt so much. Not as much as when he slept with someone behind my back, or dumped me and continued telling me he loved me and wanted us to be together one day whilst parading a succession of girlfriends under my nose mind you... :mad:

Mr Sunday is a bloody saint in comparison!

Christingles are all made now. I feel very honoured to be invited onto the Christingle making committee :rotfl:but it is a very sticky job!

Fire now light and I am working out turkey timings.
Soon be time for some seasonal cheer.

Sally - stay at home, pour a drink, cuddle up to B and have a big bar of chocolate or something equally naughty. Time to look after yourself.
